Our Capabilities & Specialization
Contract Manufacturing
Our contract manufacturing strategy entails fully assembling the finished product using in-house manufactured components, purchased components, and/or consigned components, followed by packing, storing, and shipping.
We will communicate with the client regarding different product needs, receive processes and equipment approval, and set up the final assembly line, among other things. Additionally, we'll help companies get the certifications their products need.

CNC MACHINING & TURNING
Cutting, bending, and assembling processes and is a value added process that involves the creation of machines, parts, and structures from various raw materials.
The machine will complete the manufacturing process with a piece of raw material (metal, wood, plastic, ceramic, composite material)
The raw materials of CNC turning used are usually round in shape, but can also be square or others
-
WELDING
Welding is a technique used for joining metallic parts usually through heat application, to manipulate metal into useful shapes.
Another popular welding method, torch welding, typically uses an oxyacetylene torch to melt the working material and the welding rod.
It is less common industrially, but it’s still frequently used for maintenance and repair work, as well as in sculptures.

METAL STAMPING & PUNCHING
Laser cutting is a technology that uses a laser to cut materials, and is typically used for industrial manufacturing applications, but is also starting to be used by schools, small businesses, and hobbyists. Laser cutting works by directing the output of a high-power laser most commonly through optics.
Sheet metal bending is the use of pressure to process metal sheets into three-dimensional shapes with angles.
We can provide sheet metal folding forming services. In our sheet metal workshop, we have multiple sheet metal processing machines to meet your various needs for sheet metal parts.
Metal stamping is a pretty simple process that involves taking a flat piece of sheet metal and molding it into specific shapes.
Related to stamping, sheet metal punching is more about shearing and punching holes in metal rather than scraping them.

3D PRINT FACILITIES
Enables the creation of logos and textures with incomparable quality while ensuring a process that is faster, quieter and more repeatable, flexible and environmentally friendly than conventional manual and chemical etching processes.
Warehousing and Logistics
We encourage our customers to utilize our warehouse space. Until delivery is scheduled, finished goods may be stored at our facility for a predetermined period of time.
Currently, we do have a warehouse that is filled with clients' goods with CCTV recording. We frequently make arrangements for clients to transport their items to different countries around the world. Sometimes, clients will arrange their own shipment, with our help extending to helping load containers.
